BESIDES PROVIDING WARMTH, A BLANKET can help comfort someone who is hurting, scared, or alone. We provide blankets and bedding to people displaced by natural disasters and other crisis situations. We also use them during emergency medical responses as we care for patients in Jesus’ Name. For £5, we can give a blanket to someone in need and tell them about God’s love. As we give blankets and meet physical needs, we share that the Lord is the only source of comfort and peace: “Come to Me, all you who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest ” (Matthew 11:28).
